Update: Heathrow Terminal 5

10th March 2011 Update:

The police incident that caused the partial evacuation of Terminal 5 has been stood down. We will reopen the Terminal 5 departures concourse to passengers as soon as airline and airport staff are back in position. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to passengers while police attended this incident.

The Heathrow Terminal 5 departures concourse has been partially evacuated following a police incident.

Passengers due to depart from Terminal 5 will not be able to enter the terminal and should await further advice. We apologise to our customers for any delay they experience whilst the incident is resolved.
