Because of bad weather conditions across parts of the National Rail network, amended services are running on some routes, as shown below:
No significant weather related disruptions are currently reported for the following operators on Friday 6 February
* Arriva Trains Wales
* c2c
* East Midlands Trains (see below)
After delays caused by snow in the Peterborough area yesterday, customers who chose not to travel may apply for a full refund from the point of sale. Alternatively, customers may use tickets dated for Thursday 5 February on Friday 6 February, but customers should try to travel at a similar time to their original booking.

* First Capital Connect (see below)

* Gatwick Express
* Heathrow Connect
* Heathrow Express
* Island Line
* London Overground
* Merseyrail

* National Express East Anglia

The following operators services are subject to alterations, cancellations and delays:
Chiltern Railways
Delays of up to 30 minutes can be expected in the Banbury area because of heavy snow.

CrossCountry
Delays of up to 30 minutes can be expected in the Banbury area because of heavy snow.
Services to and from Stansted Airport are running normally, but flights to and from the airport are currently suspended.
East Midlands Trains / First Capital Connect
Train services are currently running normally on all routes. However, the shuttle bus service between Luton Airport Parkway station and Luton Airport (operated by First Capital Connect) is currently suspended because of poor road conditions. Flights to and from Luton Airport are currently suspended because of snow.
First Great Western
Most services are expected to run normally, except on the following routes
* Maidenhead - Bourne End - Marlow
* Twyford - Henley-on-Thames
* London Paddington to Oxford
* London Paddington to Cheltenham Spa
* Bristol Temple Meads - Avonmouth / Severn Beach
* Oxford - Banbury
London Midland
Trains between Crewe / Birmingham New Street and London Euston will not run between Northampton and London Euston
A reduced half hourly service will run between Northampton and London Euston.
A normal service is expected to run on all other routes
Ticket Acceptance
Virgin Trains and Chiltern Railways will accept London Midland customers between Birmingham and London
ScotRail
Buses are replacing trains between Elgin and Huntly because of heavy snow.
Stansted Express
A half hourly service will run between London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport at the following times
*
10 and 40 minutes past the hour from London Liverpool Street
*
15 and 45 minutes past the hour from Stansted Airport
Note: Flights to and from Stansted Airport are currently suspended.
Virgin Trains
Services on all routes to and from London Euston are subject to delays of up to 30 minutes due to speed restrictions having been imposed. Services are also subject to alterations as follows:
The following trains will not run
* 03 minutes past each hour from London Euston to Birmingham New Street
* 50 minutes past each hour from Birmingham New Street to London Euston
* 20 minutes past each hour from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly
* 15 minutes past each hour from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston
The following trains will make additional stops
* 23 minutes past each hour from London Euston to Wolverhampton will call at Rugby
* 45 minutes past each hour from Wolverhampton to London Euston will call at Rugby
* 00 minutes past each hour from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly will call at Milton Keynes
* 35 minutes past each hour from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston will call at Milton Keynes.
Ticket Acceptance
* Customers who chose not to travel yesterday (Thursday) may apply for a refund from the point of sale, subject to the normal refund conditions of the ticket held. Alternatively, customers may use tickets dated for Thursday 5 February on Friday 6 February, but customers should try to travel at a similar time to their original booking.
