German Air Traffic Controllers Threaten Strike Action
27th November 2006 According to news reports on Bloomberg, air travel across Germany faces possible disruption as air traffic controllers vote to strike in support of a pay claim.The board of the GdF air traffic controllers federation approved strike plans this week. He did not say when strikes will start.
Under German law the union is required to give only a minimum 24 hours notice of disruptive action.
