French strikes announced for 12th October

7th October 2010 French rail unions have confirmed another one strike next week on Tuesday 12th October. Following further actions on the day, the strike may continue without further warning.

The strike is aimed at rail and metro services although travellers should be prepared that some other services may also be affected. Previous strikes have caused Air France to cancel some short haul flights.
