The closure of Keflavik in Iceland airport comes after the Grimsvötn volcano in south east Iceland began erupting on Saturday 21 May.

This is a rapidly changing situation and passengers are advised to remain in close contact with their airlines and travel agents for the most up to date news on the status of their flights and bookings. Updates to our Iceland travel advice will be posted as more information is available.

Loganair said Monday 23 May it was cancelling some of it's services on Tuesday 24 May from 0600 to 1300.
