FCO: Costa Concordia cruise ship update
15th January 2012 The UK Foreign Office have released the following update:Foreign Secretary William Hague announced on 15 January that, on the basis of all the information available to us, all British Nationals involved are now accounted for and safe.
An Italian Cruise Liner, the Costa Concordia, ran aground on Friday 13 January off the coast of Giglio island.
Anyone concerned about British passengers should contact either the British Embassy in Rome on (+39) 06 4220 0001 or the Foreign Office in London on 0207 008 1500.
