A volcanic ash cloud, which originated in Chile on 4 June, has caused disruption to air travel around Australia and New Zealand since 12 June.

Flights to and from Australia affected by the volcanic ash cloud are gradually resuming. Some delays are expected until services return to normal.

We continue to advise all passengers to check with their airlines before going to the airport.
