Bank Holiday Strikes Threaten UK Airports
18th August 2008 Staff at ground handling company Swissport have voted to strike on Monday 25th August and Friday 29th August. The staff will currently affect Gatwick and Stansted but more airports may follow.Unions are also balloting Swissport employees at Manchester, Birmingham and Newcastle airports.
