KLM To Permit Changes To Tickets

10th August 2006 The following statement has been sent to TD by KLM.

"In view of the increased security policies at UK airports on Thursday August 10th, KLM and Northwest Airlines have introduced a flexible policy for all passengers holding a reservation for travel to and from the UK on August 10th.
Passengers currently booked on a flight to/from the UK

KLM & NWA passengers currently ticketed to travel on August 10th to or from the UK and holding a reservation on KLM to/via Amsterdam who wish to change their travel date are permitted to do so.

CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATES

Passengers may change flight date to the same destination they are booked for, whereby outbound travel is no later than August 24th. No fees or charges involved, even in case the ticket conditions did require so.

The following conditions apply:

• 1 outbound and 1 inbound flight change will be permitted free of charge.
• The rebooking will be done on dates that have the same booking-class available.
• If a passenger wishes to travel on a date on which we don’t have the same booking-class available, the passenger will need to pay the difference.
• If a passenger wishes to change to a higher fare he/she will need to pay the difference.
• If the fare is cheaper the difference will not be reimbursed to the passenger.
• Rebooking has to be done today, August 10th, 2006.
• Travel remains on KLM & Northwest Airlines, travel on other carriers is not permitted.
• Refunds are not possible unless permitted within the original ticket conditions."
