London underground 48 hour strike

9th June 2009 Because of industrial action by members of the RMT Union, London Underground services will be severely disrupted from 19:00 on Tuesday 9 June until the end of service on Thursday 11 June. Normal services will resume on Friday morning.

Customers should consider using alternative routes and services such as National Rail trains or London Buses. Rail tickets valid for 'cross-London' journeys will not however be valid on London Bus services.
