Greek air traffic controllers on strike Thursday
1st April 2009 A four-hour work stoppage by air-traffic controllers on Thursday 02nd April, will cause flight disruptions between noon and 3 p.m (0900-1200 GMT).The strike which is in protest to spending cuts by the conservative government in response to the international financial crisis, will halt all flights to and from Greek airports. The country's largest airline, Olympic Airways, said it was canceling 140 flights.
