The appointed agent in each country, whilst working to an agreed global standard, applies tools and process that had been specifically designed to meet local needs. Each alliance member has a set of global service level agreements and key performance indicators which have been agreed with the client. They then enhance this list further by applying country level SLA and KPI to ensure best practice locally.
Part of our duties as managing agent is to produce single format true global travel management data. Each agent is responsible for providing country level travel data to us and we collate this into an global online travel management information site.
As there are no joining fees, annual fees or management and marketing fees the TD Travel Alliance is a cost effect alternative to a global travel solution.
NSG recognised that the TD solution would provide them with the best possible outcome and all 15 members of their global procurement agreed. TD beat off stiff competition from a number of global travel management companies to win the travel account of NSG group.
Within six weeks of going live locations started reporting a massive increase in service. Response times, low fares, alternative suggestions to itineraries, forward planning were all sighted as reasons for praise. After just two months NSG locations to recognise savings made to their budgets and comparisons on identical journeys months previously highlighted true savings.
