Reservations can be made via your TD reservation team for all ferry travel. Pre-purchased tickets can also be bought for travel on Eurotunnel through the Channel Tunnel, thereby avoiding the need to pay on departure.
Vehicle Information Required
Your business travel consultant will require the following vehicle information:
- Make and model
- Size (length, height and width)
- Classification of vehicle (e.g. Is it a "goods" vehicle?)
Driver Checklist
When taking a car to the Continent, please ensure that the driver has the following:
- Personal insurance
- First aid kit (compulsory requirement in Austria )
- A green card
- Bail bond (compulsory requirement in Spain )
- GB sticker
- Passenger side wing/door mirror
- Warning triangle
- Spare headlamp bulbs (compulsory requirement in Spain )
- Headlamp deflectors
- An international driving permit (compulsory requirement in Spain )
